Along with other members of the Manitoulin Writer’s Circle, I will be participating in the Linda Finn exhibition entitled The War Letters Project at the Gore Bay Museum from Sept. 10 to Oct. 21, 2011. I will be reading 1 prose and 1 poem on Sept 11. The prose is about my remembrance of a particular incident in Toronto during WW2, the other is a short political poem, Jephtha’s daughter in response to a painting of her by Tina Conlon (Judges 11: 21-40).
